Vistage for me is not about a powerful story or anecdote, it’s about steady and constant improvement and the ability to focus on it during the craziness of day-to-day work life. It’s the day I have to stop and think about strategy, think long-term, and get input from what others are doing. - If you were a superhero, what would be your superpower?

Not big on snacking, but anything with chocolate is generally good - What song would you listen to if you need to get really pumped up?
